The Bowraville Ex-Services Club will receive almost $63,000 in funding to upgrade its facilities, thanks to the federal government.
The announcement was made today when the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Defence, Darren Chester, visited the region.
Mr Chester also toured the Express Coach Builders in Macksville, which is supplying 21 new vehicles to the Australian Defence Force.
The contract is worth more than $10-million.
