WEATHER: THREE SUCCESSIVE FRONTS

The first of three fronts moved in today, engulfing the region in cloud which in turn kept temperatures down.

Patchy light showers fell mostly across the North West.

Rain from this front will spread across the region tomorrow, before clearing and making way for the next one, set to close in on Friday.

This system will also produce some rain for the region including the North West.

The third front will move through on Sunday, but little to no rain and very little cloud will accompany this one. It will drive in more icy, polar air, making sure that this winter remains cold.
