Jets recruit Themba Muata-Marlow impressed the prior Jets regime enough to earn a contract, but the central defender knows he’ll now need to adapt to a new style of play.
Muata-Marlow joined the club on a trial basis last season before being offered a two-year deal.
“You can see with the past events of the club it’s starting to turn around now with the new squad, we haven’t really got many players at the moment but you’re going to see them come in,” he said.
The 21-year-old made his A-League debut for Sydney FC against the Jets, two years ago.
