Emergency crews, including the Police Rescue squad from Newcastle, responded to reports of a fatal industrial accident on the Central Coast this afternoon.
A man was found deceased at a park in Copacabana, in the back of a sand blowing truck, which was being used at a children’s playground.
Police have been told the man had earlier approached contractors who were working in the playground.
They later discovered his body.
Investigations are continuing.
