SUPPORT FOR NSW FARMERS AFTER APRIL STORMS

NSW farmers affected by the April storms will receive grants of up to $15,000 from the state and federal governments.

To assist with clean-up and recovery, grants are available to beef and dairy farmers, oyster growers, egg producers and others.

The Dungog Community Support Worker Project will also receive $145,000 to provide support to people badly affected by the floods.

Vivien Von Drehen is out today at Woodville in the Hunter region where Mike Baird has announced his support for the project.
