HAMILTON AND LAMBTON SHARE THE POINTS IN THE NPL

Edgeworth is into the NPL’s top four, thanks to a win over Maitland in last night’s catch-up game.
The Gunners beat the Blues, while Hamilton and Lambton drew 1-all.
Jobe Wheelhouse put the Jaffas in front, before Grant Brown almost doubled the advantage.
Lambton’s Brad Swancott was given a let off when Kane Goodchild’s shot went wide.
In the second half, Luke Remmington was denied by Danny Ireland.
Swancott redeemed himself with a great save, while Lambton’s scrambling defence kept Goodchild at bay.
But the striker would find a way through.
The game finished one-all.
