INTER-ZONE FINAL OF FFA CUP IN COFFS TOMORROW

Coffs United plays host to Alstonville FC in the inter-zone final of the FFA Cup tomorrow.

The knock-out game should be a close tussle with both sides undefeated this season in their respective zones.

“Conditions at the Coffs Harbour home field will be really tough for Alstonville and they will certainly have to be at their very best,” said Steve Mackney from Football Far North Coast.

Lions Captain Scott Goddard said, “It’s hard to know exactly what they’re going to bring to the table but it’s the same for them, they don’t really know how we play and I’d say it’s going to be an open game with plenty of attacking football.”

The Lions-Villa game will be played at Maclean Street in Coffs Harbour at 2pm tomorrow.
