NSW CUP KNIGHTS IMPRESS AGAINST THE DOGS

The Knights’ Jeremy Smith has accepted a grade one tripping charge following the clash with the Cowboys and will be free to face Manly in round nine.

Meanwhile Jarrod Mullen has been ruled out of the Country side after he suffered a concussion against North Queensland.

Fresh from their win over the Bulldogs yesterday, the Knights Nathan Ross and Chanel Mata’utia have been named in the New South Wales Cup representative side.

Mata’utia and his brother Pat combined for three tries against Canterbury, while Joseph Tapine set up two.

Jake Mamo was also impressive in the eight point victory, furthering their claims for a spot in the first grade side that has lost four straight games.
