Hunter Valley police are looking for a man who approached a teenage girl in Scone on Saturday.
Police say the 14-year-old was riding along Middlebrook Road at 5.45 pm on Saturday when a man in a car pulled up next to her and offered her a lift.
The teenager rode to a nearby house as a safety precaution.
The man was driving an older model sedan, the top half red and bottom half black while the number plates have red letters on a white background.
He’s described as being of Caucasian appearance with a tanned complexion, aged between 25 and 35 with messy black hair and blue eyes.. He has a tattoo on his left arm.
