The ICAC has heard allegations that a former I-T manager swindled more than $113,000 from three universities.
Brett Roberts is accused of issuing fake invoices to the University of Sydney, Macquarie University and the University of Newcastle, between 2005 and 2013.
Most of the alleged false invoices were presented from Management and Professional Services, a company owned by a former colleague and friend.
