Ourimbah’s train station will soon be a lot safer with the state government announcing new fencing, lighting and CCTV for the outlying spot.
The commitments are part of a $20-million allocated to 40 train stations around New South Wales, with Ourimbah the only terminal on the Central Coast to receive the funds.
Work on installing the new safety features will begin in the coming months.
