Former Taree cricker Nick Larkin will play alongside the likes of Nathan Lyon, Doug Bollinger and Sean Abbott this weekend, when New South Wales takes on Tasmania in the Sheffield Shield.
Selectors have named a 12-man squad for the match in Hobart on Saturday, Larkin is expected to be one of the opening batsmen.
The 24-year-old made his debut for the Blues in October last year, with mixed results.. He made just 10-runs in Melbourne… But went on to score 130 in Adelaide.
The game will get underway at 10.30 on Saturday morning.
