An 82 year-old man has been charged with animal abuse offences after one dog died and two others were found in distressed states at Mooney Mooney.
The dogs were allegedly tied to a trailer for more than six hours, with minimal water, while the man slept in his car yesterday morning.
He’ll appear in Sutherland Local Court on February 24.
