The NRMA has called on the big petrol stations to pass on savings to Central Coast motorists.
The NRMA says the price of unleaded petrol locally, can be on average 15 cents more per litre than in Sydney.
The region is currently the 26th cheapest place to buy fuel out of 54 locations in New South Wales and the ACT.
