REMEMBRANCE DAY IN LISMORE

In Lismore, veterans and residents also gathered for a special Remembrance Day service.

Wreaths were laid to mark 96 years since the end of World War one.

While a minutes silence was held for the 100 million servicemen and women killed during war.

“To put that into perspective that is the total populations of Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom as of yesterday.”
