Breathtaking new plans for the Broadwater Marine project, have been released today.
The glossy artist impressions show the space that will be home to six hotels.
There’ll also be 20 restaurants, three Marinas and international shopping precincts.
And on top of all of that – a 50 storey high rise called Wave Break Tower.
The cruise ship terminal itself is now facing east – along with with an integrated resort.
This plan has been revised following initial community consultation.
But it’s far from the final product – the designs will be fine tuned during community consultation.
