Police divers have entered the water as they search for a man who went missing while fishing at Forster yesterday.
William Lam jumped into Wallis Lake to retrieve his son’s shoes which had fallen into the water but he was taken by a current.
The 32-year-old from Sydney was on a holiday with his wife and two children.
Police say he wasn’t a strong swimmer and they don’t believe he will be found alive.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter and SES will also rejoin the search today.
