‘SERIOUS CONCERNS’ FOR MISSING BROTHERS

Police say they’re seriously concerned for the welfare of two brothers who’ve gone missing on the New South Wales far north coast.

The children only known as Jayden and Joseph, aged 14 and 11, were last seen at a home at Tweed Heads around 3am on Sunday.

Police say they’d been searching for the children who were believed to be with their father, after he allegedly breached a court order preventing access to them.

The 38-year-old father was arrested at Byron Bay Police Station yesterday.

Police say the father isn’t assisting with their inquiries.

Police are appealing for the public’s assistance to find the boys.
