A group of police officers left Gosford on foot this morning to walk to Port Stephens in the name of police legacy.
They’ll walk north along the highway for three days, with overnight stops in Doyalson and Stockton, before arriving at Nelson Bay Station on Sunday afternoon.
The walk aims to raise funds and awareness for New South Wales Police Legacy, which supports families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty.
