Gosford City Council has returned water to residents at Terrigal, following the rupture of a major pipe yesterday afternoon.
The main on Woolunga Avenue burst at about three o’clock, forcing road closures and water to be switched off to 120 properties.
The road has since been temporarily repaired and reopened to residents.
It’s still not known what caused the failure.
