JETS W-LEAGUE SIDE CONTINUES TO TAKE SHAPE

The Jets women’s side continues to take shape ahead of the W-League season.
The club today added four names, including 15 year old keeper Hannah Southwell and Sydney’s Emma Stanbury.
Tara Andrews believes the Jets will be more competitive this season, as she returns to Newcastle following a stint with US side, Colorado.
“America is just crazy, they’re fit and physical so it’s a bit of a different game to here so it was hard to adjust at the start, now I’m happy to be home.”
Following four seasons with Canberra and two caps for the Matildas, Georgia Yeoman-Dale is looking for more game time.
“This is a season where I’m looking at making more of a mark and developing myself as a player.”
