Police have charged a 39-year-old man from the Central Coast with wilful and obscene exposure, following an incident that occurred last month in a shopping centre car park.
On July 15, a 23 year-old woman was sitting in her car when she allegedly saw a man commit an act of indecency.
The man has been granted bail and is due to appear at Newcastle Local Court on August 21.
