There was drama on the Hunter Expressway this morning after a car caught on fire.
The male driver pulled over near the Buchanan interchange at around 8:30, when he noticed smoke coming from the vehicle.
Not long after he got out of the car, it caught alight, and was consumed by the flames.
Both westbound lanes were closed for 30 minutes.
