A Newcastle breast cancer researcher has been recognised as one of the world’s leading scientific minds.
Professor John Forbes, who heads up the Australia and New Zealand Breast Cancer Trials Group, is named on an international list of more than 3,000 scientists.
Compiled by Thomson Reuters, it recognises researchers whose publications are most frequently cited by colleagues.
Professor Forbes says it’s an honour and endorsement of the quality of research undertaken by his group.
