A Hunter Valley taxi driver has endured a terrifying ordeal after allegedly being kidnapped and held at knife point by a passenger.
The cabbie was forced into the passenger seat, and driven more than 200 kilometres to Taree, the drama only ending when police rolled out road spikes.
