FORMER CENTRAL COAST COACH SACKED FROM JAPANESE GIG

Former Central Coast Mariners coach Graham Arnold has been sacked from his J-League club Vegalta Sendai, according to Japanese reports.

The club sits at the bottom of the J-League, winless in six games with four draws, after Arnold arrived at the start of the season.

Arnold called it quits with the Mariners in November last year, with three A-League seasons and a Premiership under his belt.

The club is yet to make a formal statement on the sacking.
