Coffs Council had its final meeting for 2013 last night, to discuss parking issues for a new development in Woolgoolga.
The $4.7 million Beach Street Tavern development will be required to fund a total of 60 off-site parking spaces.
Locals were concerned that a lack of parking would strangle the future development opportunities for the CBD.
The developers behind the project say they are happy to meet the condition.
