A man’s been charged with intent to murder after an incident in South Kempsey this morning.
It’s alleged a 20-year-old man was held under water and then run over by a vehicle on Crescent Head Road.
Police arrested another 20-year-old man, who was charged with attempting to drown a person with intent to murder, and causing grievous bodily harm to person with intent to murder.
The victim was taken to Kempsey Base Hospital for treatment.
