BURNT ALIVE FOR TAKING A BEER

A man has been found guilty of murdering a Lake Macquarie man in Darwin last year.
46-year-old Paul Stamp was bashed then burnt alive in the boot of a car by Gary Stuart Miles, after a dispute over beer.
Mr Stamp had only recently moved to Darwin, when he had a falling out with Miles, who subsequently abducted him, drove to an industrial area, and set fire to the car.
Miles will be sentenced in Darwin Supreme Court on Friday.
