  1. Just wanted to let everyone know that the same developer for dungog subdivision proposal has also put an application into Port stephens council to rezone productive rural land of 100acres into 60 blocks at nelsons plains. These developers are also responsible for the WALLALONG proposed subdivision . These developers need to be stopped ruining our agricultural land as it is only for their greed of money not for the love of an area or the local community. But, when a development was proposed for land near their rural residence these developers knocked it back saying “we don’t want that near our place”.
