Police are investigating after a teenager was hit by a car in New Lambton yesterday.
At about 3:30pm the 15-year-old was crossing Bridges Road, New Lamton when he was hit by a sedan.
The boy suffered serious leg injuries and was taken to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
The 64-year-old driver was taken to hospital for mandatory drug and urine tests.
