A rain band has been making its way across the Blue Mountains today, slowly spreading north towards the Hunter.

A weak southerly rolled in across the Hunter coast today increasing the humidity.

Tomorrow Wed the 23rd it is going to be windy, very windy for the Hunter with more hot air set to be flushed out from central Australia. NW winds will shift to the SW. Showers and storms are likely but falls will generally be scattered with small to medium rain totals accumulated.

Cold air will move in on Thursday as the winds shift to the south. Conditions will fine up for a mostly fine comfortable weekend.
