A baby humpback has beached itself twice in Newcastle before swimming out to sea.
The confused infant surfaced on Horseshoe Beach which is inside Newcastle Harbour.
It was pushed out by a lifeguard and some German tourists.
It beached itself a second time before heading out to sea with its mother.
