6500 ecstacy tablets and 15 kilos of powder containing the prohibited drug Methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV) have been seized during a raid on a business at Port Macquarie.
Police raided the Jindalee Road property on Thursday afternoon. They also seized a pill press.
The drugs have an estimated street value of a million dollars.
Three men aged 49, 45 and 23 are facing numerous charges relating to the commercial supply of illegal drugs.
All three were due to face Port Macquarie Local Court today.
