One of Australia’s leading manufacturers of Pasta has helped save, the Byron Bay Cookie Company from crumbling.
Rinoldi Pasta has purchased the troubled company, with the sale expected to be complete as early as next Monday.
The company had owed close to $6-million to unsecured creditors, more than $1-million to the Australian Taxation Office and had $400,000 in unpaid superannuation.
