The State Under 13 Boys Hockey Championships wrapped up in Taree, with Sydney taking the top spot.
They proved too strong for Tamworth’s best, holding them off to secure a four-nil win.
Sydney’s division two side also won by a four point margin, beating Grafton five-one.
Nepean managed to hit to the back of the net twice in division three to beat Tamworth two-nil.
While Dubbo and Port Stephens drew one all in division four.
