The whistleblower at the centre of a Special Commission of Inquiry has admitted he didn’t investigate the alleged destruction of material he believed was evidence, in a church cover-up of sexual abuse.
The statements were made during the rigorous cross-examination of Detective Chief Inspector, Peter Fox.
