Charles Sturt University is set to expand its community oral health service and training across the Mid North Coast after receiving a $15 million federal government grant.
The boost will allow for 24 more teaching dentistry chairs in Port Macquarie, Taree and Kempsey, and continue the expansion of higher education opportunities in the region.
It also means dentistry students will soon be able to complete their final clinical years on the Mid North Coast.
