WEATHER UPDATE: COLD GETTING COLDER

A fresh burst of icy cold, polar air is moving in across the region. Today it helped increase the cloud cover across the Hunter as it moved into the upper levels of the atmosphere.

Overnight and tomorrow it will continue on its way north spreading across the entire broadcast region making for the coldest days of the year. It may also trigger some shower activity for the Hunter and southern areas of the North West.

Swell is going to remain large. Rug up because Winter is well an truly here and has settled in for the next week at least.
