Police are searching a rural property on the Central Coast for clues into the suspicious disappearance of Liesl Smith, in August last year.
The search is focused on a property off Old Maitland Road in Kangy Angy which police say was connected to a person of interest.
23-year-old Liesl Smith has not been seen since leaving her home on Saturday 19 August, 2012. last September, and her disappearance is now being treated as a homicide investigation.
Miss Smith’s car was found abandoned at Tuggerah Railway Station last September.
Police have renewed a call for anyone with information about Leisl’s Smith’s disappearance to contact them.
