A 32-year-old Surfers Paradise web developer is accused of using the internet to expose himself to a child.
It’s alleged John Nicholas Black used a web cam to send indecent photos to a 13-year-old girl in a Yahoo chat room.
But his victim turned out to be a West Australian police officer.
“It was the worst thing I’ve ever done. Will you ever do it again? Nope!”
Detectives from Taskforce Argos raided Black’s unit last month.
He’s yet to enter a plea and will return to court early next month.
