A man in his early twenties has been killed when his car was involved in a fiery head-on collision with a semi-trailer north of Grafton.
The shocking crash happened around 3:30 this morning on a notorious black spot on the Pacific Highway near Ulmarra.
The truck exploded into flames but the driver escaped serious injury.
