Mid North Coast police arrested more than a dozen people, during a three-day operation targeting shoplifting in Port Macquarie.
Plain clothes police allegedly caught 15 people, aged between 22 and 62, stealing from local retailers earlier this week.
Most were issued with a $300 fine.
