A southerly change and associated trough is going to make its way across the northern NSW on Good Friday. There will be some rain and possible storms for the Northern Tablelands, Northern Rivers and SE QLD in the afternoon.

The change will drop temperatures cooling things off for coastal regions.

Saturday is looking very nice for the Hunter, NW and MNC but the trough is set to linger near the border. This will cause more showers for northern NSW and SE QLD on Easter Sunday.
On Easter Monday we will see a few showers along the coast as the southerly freshens that includes Newcastle and the Central Coast
