A Tweed police officer accused of having sex with a prostitute using a gun, at the Kingscliff Police Station in 2011, has had his case adjourned until May.
48 year-old Sergeant Mark Garner is facing three charges – one of police misconduct and two relating to the misuse of his police issued Glock pistol.
The father of three did not appear in court today and his lawyers did not apply for bail.
