An agricultural scientist and economist from Kendall has been named as The Greens candidate for the seat of Lyne in September’s Federal election.
Ian Oxenford ran for the seat in 2010, but was beaten by Rob Oakeshott, who is yet to formally announce his candidacy.
Mr Oxenford says one of the main issues he’ll be focusing on is coal seam gas mining.
