A critical incident investigation has been launched following the death of a man in Muswellbrook overnight. About 8.15pm Highway Patrol officers became involved in a brief pursuit of a motorcycle on Queen Street.
During the pursuit the male rider crashed into the front fence of a home on Queen Street suffering fatal injuries.
