A 46-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after attacking his brother and grandfather with a bow and arrow in Aldavilla near Kempsey yesterday.
Police allege the man assaulted his 93-year-old grandfather before his 42-year-old brother forced him out of the Eucalypt Close home.
While the younger brother attempted to lock a bedroom window, the offender fired an arrow, narrowly missing him.
The 46-year-old didn’t apply for bail at Kempsey Local Court today, and will reappear in April.
