The Titans have proved they’re a force to be reckoned with on the golf course, taking out yesterday’s Clash of the Codes.
It’s the second consecutive win for the NRL team who are crediting this year’s success to one stand out player.
“Greg Bird sort of carried us into the win. By the end of the chipping comp we were two points down but he chipped three from three.”
The Suns came in runner up, followed by the V8 Supercar boys but the ironmen weren’t up to par – coming in last place.
The day raised over $25,000 which will be divided between three different charities.
