Inverell’s Matthew Stieger is still on cloud nine after taking out the New South Wales PGA Championship
by three strokes at the Mt Broughton Golf and Country Club on Sunday.
The 21-year-old, who has only recently joined the professional circuit, carded a four-under par 68 in the final round to claim the title.
Stieger finished three shots clear of Daniel Nisbet at 15 under.
